This newly created role will be responsible for delivering a high-quality customer focused professional service to provide technical solutions and support on repairs and maintenance issues related to damp, mould and disrepair.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who:

  • Ideally has a construction-related qualification (RICS or CIOB) who has experience of diagnosing building repairs and defects including carrying out building surveys

  • Has good working knowledge of construction technology
  • A full, clean UK driving license and vehicle to use for business use

What you will be doing:

  • Carrying out building inspections and provide accurate diagnosis, specifying remedial works and ensuring their completion and post inspection.

  • Visit all disrepair cases within 48 hours of a claim being received – charged with quickly resolving claims, turning them into complaints rather than disrepair claims where possible
